Domaine Nudant, Ladoix-Serrigny

One of the oldest recorded domaine in Burgundy, it has a long and renowned histroy, in an appellation which doesn't get huge attention. We were lead to the domaine following a bottle of Les Grèchons we drank at dinner in Beaune one evening. A white specialist (70% of their output)  with 16ha of vines mainly on the Côteau de Corton. Their Hautes-Côtes is exceptional value and the Grèchons is one of Ed's favourite wines.
