Domaine Henri Felettig, Chambolle-Musigny

A new domaine to us at the time of the En Primeur offer in February, and another that was very well received. We feel Gilbert (the wine maker and son of Henri) has excellent skills and captures the essence of this village. We were introduced to the family by our old friend Yves Darviot (now sadly retired, although his legacy lives on through Brigitte Berthelemot who has bought his vines in Beaune) and it is exactly the sort of property we enjoy working with. Small with great passion for their wines. The wines have a very distinctive style - incredibly clean, sweet fruit which builds through the palate.
