Based in the stunning Ch. de Sully, Amelie has now firmly got her feet under the table and has taken up the reins from where her husband left off. She has steadily been getting to grips with these wonderful vineyards, both in Chassagne- and Puligny-Montrachet. The style of wines is very old-fashioned and they need patience and should not be approached too quickly, not even the entry level generic wines. They perfectly fit the bill for a cellar plan in which someone enjoys complex, well structured wines which will open with a little age into rich, multi-layered gems.
