Today our Armed Forces are being asked to do much on our behalf and in our name.  During the course of operations, many young men and women have suffered horrific injuries.  It is vital that those who have been wounded, both physically and mentally, find jobs in the civilian world. It is a continuous duty that we have to our wounded servicemen and women, and their rehabilitation into the workplace is vital.  This is where Walking with the Wounded is offering support and funding.

The goal of this challenge is to successfully reach the North Pole with four wounded soldiers, of which two are amputees.  They will become the first amputees to reach the North Pole unsupported.  This achievement will perfectly illustrate just how remarkable these young men and women are.  Have a look at our website for more information, to make a donation and to follow this extraordinary team.
