If you're planning a party or function, no matter how large or small, there's no need to risk your best glasses. We'll loan you all the wine glasses, champagne flutes, hi-ball tumblers and pint glasses you need, and even deliver them free with your wine order. We are also able to save you some of the after-party clean-up by taking the glasses back dirty and we will clean them for you (we will charge per tray of glasses). We require no deposit, but will charge for any breakages on return.

Our terms and conditions for glass hire are:

1)  Glass hire is free when a wine order is placed with EPW.

2)  Glasses can be hired at £5.00 ex-VAT when no wine is ordered.

3)  Breakages are charged at £1.00 ex-VAT per glass.

4)  Glasses returned dirty can be cleaned at a charge of £5.00 ex-VAT per tray

5)  Glasses can be returned to EPW’s offices in Norfolk or London

6)  If you require us to collect the glasses, there will be a £20 ex-VAT collection charge.
