PLEASE NOTE:  

Where delivery requires a signatory upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and will telephone to rearrange or will return later that day. In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the items, a further delivery charge may become payable.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time. If you will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish us to leave your order in a safe place, please include detailed instructions with your order. We regret that neither we nor our carriers can accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs once the consignment has been left. 

• In Bond Purchases

  Any wines which are bought In Bond for delivery onwards to your own bonded account will have delivery charged at cost.  Wines delivered into Hestia Wines Ltd will be transferred at an RH&D charge of 95 p ex VAT per case.  For further information of HWL Terms & Conditions, rental charges or if you wish to open a new HWL account please visit their website.  

  Any wines being removed from Bond and sent to your address will require payment of Duty, VAT and delivery at cost in advance of delivery.  

• East Anglia & London (inside M25)

  Free delivery for orders in excess of £250 including VAT. Orders below £250 will incur a delivery charge of £10.00 ex-VAT per delivery.

• Rest of Mainland UK (excluding the Highlands and Islands)

  Free delivery for orders in excess of £350 including VAT. Orders below £350 will incur a delivery charge of £15.00 ex-VAT per delivery.

• Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Rest of the World

  Delivery charges will be quoted at Cost.

• Saturday deliveries

  We are able to delivery at the weekend.  Delivery charges will be quoted on request.

• Requirements for delivery

  For delivery, we require a contact name and telephone number for our own drivers or our couriers.  Please ensure there are clear directions and instructions. If a delivery cannot be completed we will leave a card with contact details for you.
