The wild boar salami is produced by the Real Boar Co. in the Cotswolds and is very special. We have put this together with a spicy, concentrated wine which complements it perfectly. Packed in a wooden box with sliding lid and cardboard outer, this makes a perfect present, something slightly different and delicious.
